About Me

Growing up back in the seventies, my favorite thing to do was to "help" my mom clean the floors of our house. We had tropical weather all year round, and our floors were tiles, so we used soap and water to wash it. I loved it for the fact that my sister and I could play and slide on the foam. We could pretend we did our own laundry and help with the dishes too. Ah, the Golden Days!

Hi, I am Florisa (Leila) Ramos, owner of Office & Home Cleaning and I want to tell you a little bit on how I started cleaning. Growing up in a family of five kids was enjoyable, even so when we, myself and my oldest sister got to play the lead, it was like we were the boss. I guess it was the way parents would get the kids to help around the house, at least on my family, Lol! .I still remember very clearly how we cleaned the dishes on a plastic bowl on the floor at the backyard, where there used to be a water tank, which also my mom used to do our laundry. Even doing the laundry was fun, we got to have our own stainless steel container with some water in it to wash our socks, boy, I can’t say what or who got cleaner, there were more water on the floor than on the bowl . I even picked up some flowers from our garden to place them in a jar to make the house looking and smelling cleaned too. So when I got to be on my own, it was not much different I loved keeping things clean and neat.

When I actually started cleaning for the first time over twenty years ago, little did I know that I would want to pursue this job as career. It provided flexibility and a perfect form of income as I was a young mother and needed to provide for my children. I didn't have any intention to continue cleaning after my children would become old enough to go to school and I would go back to the 7-5 working schedule. Little did I know that wasn't the case. I knew that I was passion for cleaning, as I am a bit of neat freak in my own home. To me it's like therapy, it can be hard working but it provides my clients with the extra time they need for doing far more rewarding things, like spending time with their loved ones. For me, there’s nothing more rewarding than a happy customer.

The mission of my business is to provide a great customer experience with every clean. Cleaning a house is a task that requires time and dedication, and we work thoroughly and professionally to complete every task on time, and to provide feedback for any question or concerns that might arise.
We work on the regular basis providing seasonal cleaning, weekly, biweekly, one time, move in/out, special project, and we are pet-friendly. We provide the extra service that you need help with, when you don't have the time to complete it.
We understand that you might decide to have your house clean seasonally. Or if you are a busy professional and use your spare time to plan for your family, we understand that too. That's why we run a flexible schedule so we can meet the individual needs of our customers. Researchers says that family life is changing the role parents do their work at home. It also says that as more mothers have enter the workplace, U.S in the past decades the share of two- parents households which two parents are working full time now stands at 46%, up from 31% in 1970.

I loved cleaning than and still enjoy it today, it’s a part of me growing up that I will cherish for the rest of my life.
